Ross "Marty" Martin

Marty served 20 years active-duty service to include 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment (B3), Ranger Instructor in the mountain phase of Ranger School, Team Leader for a 6-man recce team in Long Range Surveillance (F/51st LRS) TM 1-1, and later the mobility platoon in LRS. Marty went on to become the Senior Instructor at the Reconnaissance & Surveillance Leaders Course (RSLC), retiring out of the Airborne and Special Operations Test Directorate. He has multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. Marty's specialties include Recce Planning and Operations, Technical Surveillance, Firearms Training, Tactical Tracking/ Counter Tracking and SUT. Marty also contributes as a Full Spectrum Instructor for Gryphon Group in Maxton, NC and owns TEAM 1 Tactics & Security Solutions LLC.
Marcus Love

Marcus is an Army Infantry Veteran with over 20 years of dedicated service. He has combat deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan in Light Infantry and Reconnaissance units, culminating his service in the Airborne and Special Operations Test Directorate. He holds a Master's degree in strategic and business leadership from UCWV, and certificates as a PSD protection specialist and Designated Defense Marksmen from Executive Security International (ESI). Marcus specializes in Infantry tactics, SUT, information collection, mobile and technical surveillance, protection detail operations, and security consulting. Marcus is currently a private security contractor.
Michael Kirby

Mike served 12 years active duty in the Army, including 1st Battalion, 75 Ranger Regiment, F. Co 51st Infantry Long Range Surveillance (LRS). Mike also served as a Ranger Instructor in the mountain phase of Ranger School. Mike spent the last remaining years as an Operator for 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta and has deployed multiple times to Afghanistan and Iraq.
Mike specializes in Mountain Warfare, Urban Climbing, CQB, Recce & Surveillance, SUT, and Military Free-Fall Operations. After retirement, he worked for Exum Mountain Guides in the Teton Mountains of Wyoming, a wildland firefighter and a firefighter/EMT in Jackson Hole WY. Mike also conducted contractor work training USNSW, Air Force and Army Special Operations forces.
